Senior placement agency software
Track fees beyond the move-in
SeniorPath ties each referral fee to its placement, so invoices and payment status stay visible.
From inquiry to move-in
Keep the case moving
Referral fees get lost between move-in and billing. SeniorPath creates the fee record from saved community terms, keeping the amount owed attached to the case.

Common questions
- What creates the referral fee record?
- A move-in creates the placement fee record from the community's saved contract terms. The fee basis and payment timing stay with the placement rather than in a separate spreadsheet.
- How are clawbacks tracked?
- Community terms hold refund and clawback windows. Credits, refunds and clawbacks remain tied to the original placement, so an adjustment does not lose its connection to the earned fee.
- Where do online payments go?
- Collection uses your agency's own Stripe account after onboarding. Your agency is merchant of record and owns the account; SeniorPath tracks payment history against the placement invoice.
- What are the online payment fees?
- Eligible Stripe invoice payments carry a separate SeniorPath application fee of 0.4% on Solo or 0.1% on Agency, based on the connected account's plan snapshot. Stripe processing fees are separate and vary.
- Does SeniorPath connect to QuickBooks?
- Yes. QuickBooks Online sync and reconciliation connect billing records to your accounting workflow. The integration requires a QuickBooks Online connection and mappings before records can sync.
